Transition to Fall: A Yin & Restorative Yoga Workshop Series

Join Meagan, for a lovingly curated workshop series that is designed to help you make a graceful transition to the Autumn Season. During this period, as we move towards Winter, this time allows us to turn inwards and focus on self-reflection, while also slowing down the pace. This notion of balance and introspection will be a guiding principle throughout the series, with special themes for each class.

The practices will be 75 minutes in length. They will be slow and soft, cultivating warmth and a feeling of grounding and connection. We will use a combination of meditation, pranayama, and Yin & Restorative yoga poses that will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and very relaxed.

Meagan will also incorporate the use of specific essential oils that will work alongside the themes for the practice. We will also add to that the use of some cozy props and candles to set the mood, sure to optimize on the "hygge" feeling of Autumn.
