Yoga & Knitting/Crocheting Circle

What better way to build connection this winter, than a lovely afternoon of yoga and a creative project with a group of like minded Copenhageners? This is your invitation to join us for a Yoga & Knitting Circle, this February, where we will be sharing community, connection, and coziness. 

This event is open to all, whether you be new to knitting or yoga, or you've been at it for years.  Malika and Meagan will provide you will helpful tips to get started on your project, or you can you bring one that you're currently working on. 

To accompany our creative project, we will also weave in a gentle yoga flow into the second hour. Expect to be guided through a sequence to help loosen up your hands, wrists, shoulders, neck, and get your body moving. 

What You Will Need to Bring:

- Yarn and Knitting/Crotchet needles

- Water

- Cozy clothes

- Good vibes

What We Will Provide:

- Yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets 

- Hot herbal tea

- Candles, music, and Hygge
