I'm Lola and I have been practicing yoga for many years to relieve anxiety.

It worked so well for myself that I decided to become a teacher and help others to use yoga as a tool to become more aware and release any tension you can feel physically or emotionally.


Using the breath, your body and mind will become your best friends 🙂
