Service Description
In this class, the traditional postures of yoga are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. The poses are held for 5-7 breaths to encourage us to focus on breath and activation of the right muscles. Our teachers always offer modifications so that this class is suitable for all levels.
